As the modern automobile has advanced, the average vehicle owner no longer has the tools or knowledge required to service their own vehicle like they could 20 years ago. As these electrically-controlled vehicles have become even more complex, even professional automotive repair shops experience difficulty in diagnosing and repairing the complex electrical and computer issues in modern vehicles, leaving owners to the mercy of the dealership. When that happens, we've seen dealers take advantage of customers, get the diagnosis wrong, or flat-out tell customers just to buy a new vehicle, leaving customers with little-to-no options. That doesn't work for us.  

We realize that vehicle owners need an alternative to the dealer, or someone to go to when their favorite shop can't find or fix the issue. At Automotive Computer Experts, we have over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Our mission is to provide an alternative to taking vehicles to the dealer, and to fix the vehicles that other shops can't. To do this, we use many of the same tools, equipment, software, and service information as the dealer, combined with our specialized knowledge and training, dedication to quality customer service, and ability to service your vehicles at your location, we aim to provide an even better and more convenient service than any automotive dealer.
